After cleansing your face and hands, open your favorite mascara product and lay the mascara wand within reach near the well lighted stationary mirror.

Stand in front of the well lighted mirror and lift your left forearm up toward your eyes but keep lifting until your left arm rests casually on top of your head.

Gently close your right eye while watching with your left eye and place the four fingers of your left hand onto the surface of your right eye. Then, gently pull the eyelid until you see the eyelid move the eyelashes into a better position to apply the mascara.

Take the mascara wand into your right hand and apply the mascara to your right eyelash. Try adjusting the position of the lash with your fingers until you find the correct angle and enjoy the new ease with which to apply mascara.

Repeat the process for the left eye by starting with your right arm resting on top of your head and gently placing your fingers onto the eyelid to angle and adjust the position of the lashes while you apply the mascara to the eyelash.
