Have you ever wanted to learn how to look fresh faced and beautiful, without a ton of make-up? I am going to show you some simple steps to looking naturally beautiful, without a lot of makeup or effort!
S#1
First on a clean face apply a small amount of face lotion. I like to use Dove or oil of olay lotion with built in SPF. Apply this all over unless you have oily skin, and then everywhere, but the T-zone.
S#2
Now that your face is prepped, take a makeup sponge and lightly wet it with water. Now add foundation (try to get as close to your skin tone as possible), you will use your damp sponge to apply your makeup. Using a damp makeup sponge will keep your skin looking dewy and fresh!
S#3
Now I like to add my blush. For a natural look you need to have a large blush brush, and apply a blush that is close to the color of your cheeks when they naturally flush. Now smile and apply the most color to the apples of your cheeks, and then move outward.
S#4
It is time to do your eyes now. Start with the lightest color in your trio of brown eye shadows, and apply it all over the lid all the way to the brows. Next choose the medium tone brown and add it where your eye lid creases and below. Now you are ready for the darkest shade of brown which I apply as a kind of eyeliner at the very bottom of the lid. Next you apply a brown shade of mascara.
S#5
Now you can apply your lip color. I like to try to stay as close as possible to my natural lip color, but enhance it a little. You can try putting lip balm on first for some moisture.
S#6
Your last step is to set your lovely look with just a little bit of loose or pressed powder to set the look, and avoid shine! Just sweep it over your forehead, nose, and chin. Now you are done, and have a fresh faced look without looking overdone!
