I remember in an old “InStyle” interview that, while engaged to another woman, Josh Duhamel said that his celebrity crush would be Fergie. So it’s no surprise that he’s cheesin’ in every photo with her meth face.

In a new interview with “Parade” magazine, Josh said that he had been stalking Fergie before they met. He is on the promotion circuit for his new movie,m “When In Rome”, which also stars Kristen Bell.

He said, “The joke in ‘When In Rome’ is that all these guys are stalking Kristen Bell’s character because she grabbed the coins they threw into a fountain in Rome. I could relate. That’s how I got my wife. I literally stalked her for weeks until she said yes. They say it’s not stalking if she says yes.”

Whether or not there was instant chemistry between the two of them, he said, “I’m not a huge believer in love at first sight, but I think that when it is right, often it’s somebody that you had that feeling about when you first met them. I think anytime you get into a relationship, you think ‘This is the one.’ But it’s good to wait it out, dig a little bit deeper, and over time you find out if you’re with the person that’s right, the one you really love.”

Aww how sappy and cute. And yet I still can’t wait for them to get divorced. I must be evil.
