He hasn't worked in months while he enjoys the delights of second time fatherhood.
But that doesn't mean Colin Farrell has let himself go.
The Irish actor unveiled his toned figure during a Fifties-themed photoshoot this week.
He stripped to the waist for the shoot, in the grounds of a luxury villa in Los Angeles.

Farrell, 33, then showed off his athletic prowess, backflipping and jumping three feet in the air for the photographer.
After a costume change he reappeared in jeans, t-shirt and a leather jacket, with his hair in a Fifties quiff.
ut it didn't stay like that for long - moments later he jumped into the pool, before reappearing dripping wet.

Colin also donned a teddy boy style grey suit, complete with waistcoat.
Farrell appeared in great shape, after regaining the three stones he lost for the movie Triage in 2008.
After taking time out to enjoy his five-month-old son Henry, Farrell is now getting back to work.
Last week he and Polish girlfriend Alicja Bachleda, 26, were in Ireland where he collected an IFTA -the Irish equivalent of an Oscar - for best actor for his role as an Irish fisherman in Ondine.

The couple only made a flying visit to Farrell's home country, jetting straight back to their home in the Hollywood Hills following the ceremony.
In his acceptance speech Farrell thanked his girlfriend, who starred as a mermaid who seduced his character in Ondine.
'I'd like to thank Alicja for so many things,' he said. 'Thank you sweetheart, you've brought a lot of beauty into my life.'

The Polish actress old the Irish Herald: 'That makes it even better, I'm so proud of him, it's just great that he won it for Ondine.'
Miss Bachleda certainly seems to have helped Farrell, who has an older son by his former girlfriend Kim Bordenave, put his hellraising days well behind him.
He told Jonathan Ross last week that at times in the past he would hurry through playing with his child because he was so desperate for a drink.
