You'd think with Miley Cyrus's millions she'd at least be able to find a full shirt. Instead, she opted to wear this number out while in LA over the weekend. At least it's warm there, but methinks my dad would have murdered me before he let me walk outside my house like that at 17-years-old.

Nothin' gives the "just got effed" look quite like this. An inspiration and role model to young girls everywhere! Sure, we had the Spice Girls back in my day who dressed like a group of sluts, but at least we had GIRL POWER. Not "Dude, I'm a girl who wants some power downstairs."
