She gave birth to her second child just two months ago, but Zoe Ball is clearly determined to get back into shape as soon as possible.
The Radio 2 presenter was spotted working out with a trainer near her home in Brighton.
Dressed in black jogging bottoms and a matching hooded top, the blonde looked to be enjoying her work out and smiled happily as she jogged along the seafront.

Ball announced her pregnancy on her Radio 2 Saturday show in July, admitting she and her husband had spent years trying to conceive again.
Ball and her 46-year-old husband, better known by his DJ name, Fatboy Slim, have been working hard to repair their marriage since her affair with DJ Dan Peppe in 2003.
Last year, the couple faced another setback after Cook checked himself in to rehab to fight his alcoholism.
In an interview with the Mail in October, Ball admitted she was feeling happier than ever and couldn't wait to become a mum again.
She said: 'I'm pretty darn happy at the moment.
'I love presenting my Saturday morning show on Radio 2, I just shot Britain's Best Brain with my old friend Jamie Theakston, and - best of all - I'm pregnant.
'Norm and I tried for a baby for years with no joy, but we both quit drinking this year and, lo and behold, it worked! So I'm feeling quite blessed.'
Richard Madeley is taking over Ball’s radio show while she is on maternity leave.
