In March, Lindsay Lohan filed a lawsuit against E-Trade, saying that they used her name without permission, for their baby of the same name. With the baby saying, “Milka-what?”, Lindsay is trying to prove that they are demeaning her character and saying that she’s basically an alcoholic.

She also claimed that she’s on a first name recognition, such as Madonna or Cher. That alone, is truly laughable.

E-Trade’s lawyers have moved for a dismissal in the case, stating that the lawsuit is totally without merit. In their response, E-Trade’s attorneys have gotten together a ton of comments from her opponents, stating that she has ruined her good name, all on her own.

Dina Lohan said, “This is the whole reason we are suing them — for demeaning Lindsay. They are just proving how they operate — they play dirty.”

Obviously they can’t see how stupid this whole thing is making them look. This lawsuit will be an epic fail.
