Former personal trainer Carly, the wife of Chelsea and England footballer Joe Cole, 28, has been working out an hour every day in a bid to shape up for the World Cup.
The WAG has been putting herself through a mixture of weights, running, yoga and Pilates and is almost back to a size 8.
Carly, who gave birth to daughter Ruby on March 18, is still deciding when to travel out to South Africa for the World Cup to support Joe.

In a bid to get her washboard stomach back, Carly has been avoiding carbs and eating healthy salads and vegetables.
She is known as the 'washboard WAG' among the circle and at the 2006 World Cup in Germany the brunette was the envy of her peers after being pictured running in a vest top and showing off her six pack.

But the fitness fanatic has also admitted to having something of a sweet tooth - and does allow herself a few indulgences.
She said recently: 'I like to have a treat every day.
'It might be an almond croissant, a piece of chocolate or a cappuccino.
'If you don't allow yourself treats, life is just miserable.
'Having something you enjoy in moderation makes you less likely to binge on junk and you'll feel more motivated to stick to eating healthily and exercising the rest of the time.'
