In a recent interview with GQ, Rihanna, The Lone Fighter again opens up about her ordeal with Chris Brown. She specifically talks more about the fall-out of the abuse and how she dealt with the realities of it. When asked who helped her through one of the most difficult times of her life, she replied:

"Nobody."












What??? How could that be?!

Rihanna explains:

"Really, just the music. And working. 'Cause I really didn't want to be around anybody, for them to stare at me and stuff, and feel sorry for me. So I just stayed in the house a lot. Then I started to get cabin fever. I was like, I'm going crazy in here."





Understandable, and perhaps, in the end, she is stronger for it. But it is still sad to think about her going at this battle alone.


Poor girl! At least she can take comfort that her music is now and forever shall be superior to Beat-Her-Down's!
