Liza Minnelli is planning to undergo knee-replacement surgery in the next week in a New York hospital and will be unable to attend the Grammy Awards on Jan. 31, her rep tells PEOPLE."Minnelli, who has been dancing on stage since she was a teenager, is 63," the rep says. "She is expected to make a full recovery."
The legendary entertainer's album Liza's at the Palace, the original cast recording from her Tony-winning Broadway engagement, is nominated for best traditional pop vocal album. A DVD of the show is out Feb. 2.
