Grace Park is set to leave the reaches of deep space behind as she moves to Hawaii for the remake of Hawaii Five-O. Park will play Kona Kalakaua in the new series, she’s the niece of Chin Ho Kelly in the show, he’s being played by Daniel Dae Kim. So Lost and BSG are set to collide, at least in some small way.

Kono Kalalaua - as well as being *Jin’s niece - is also a champion surfer, so one would imagine there will be quite a few shots of Park in a bikini. For those like me who prefer their women a bit more kick ass, her character will also join the police force and is recruited to join the team… now that’s more like it.
