After months of speculation, Miley Cyrus has finally confirmed she's dating Australian actor Liam Hemsworth.

Cyrus, who has been spotted locking lips and holding hands with her "Last Song" co-star since they began working on the film last summer, finally admitted the obvious on the E! pre-Oscar show Sunday night.

When asked if she and Hemsworth are dating, the 17-year-old singer-actress replied, "Yes."

But Cyrus was less enthusiastic about answering whether she's in love.

"Maybe," is all she gave away to curious correspondent Ryan Seacrest.

On-screen, Cyrus' character falls in love with Hemsworth's in the coming-of-age drama, opening March 31.

Although the couple cozied up together at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Award Party after the main event, the hunky actor didn't accompany Cyrus down the red carpet at the Oscars. Instead, she brought her mom, Tish.

Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus are rumored to have been dating since working on 'The Last Song' over the summer.
