Rihanna is getting the legal smackdown put on her by her personal trainer.

According to reports, Cindy Percival is suing the singer for $26,144.14 for unpaid wages from 2009. She filed a claim last week in L.A. County Superior Court.

She claims that she was hired to perform “exclusive personal training services” at a rate of $1,500 per day, but hadn’t received pay for a few weeks work between September and October.

She is also seeking $2,644.14 in travel expenses to cover travel costs that she incurred to travel to Europe to work with Rihanna.

Bummer for her. I hope she pays up, either that or it’s going to end up being bad PR for her.
