Just when you think reality shows can’t stoop any lower it seems reality mogul Mark Burnett and Sarah Palin went “yeah it can, we can do a show about a US state”. Seriously folks a ‘reality’ show about Alaska. Needless to say this hasn’t been picked up, it’s one of those crazy ass ideas with some big names attached.

Generally speaking a reality show about a place is called a documentary, not to point out the obvious, same applies to animals… unless we attach a soap opera styled story to it like Meerkat Manor. Who wants to watch a reality show about Palin though, did you just nod off then? People do seem to be entranced by Palin though, so lord knows if this will eventually be given a life.
