Charlie SheenThe couple - whose relationship has been on the rocks since Charlie was arrested on Christmas Day (25.12.09), following assault allegations made by Brooke - are not thinking about divorce at the moment and want to see if they can sort things out for the sake of their 13-month-old twin sons, Max and Bob.

In a joint statement made by Brooke's lawyer Yale Galanter and Charlie's 'Two and a Half Men' executive producer Mark Burg, they said: "Please let us clarify this: They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated.

"There has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false."

Although both representatives admit the couple were having marital issues and are currently living apart, they are putting every effort into saving their two-year union.
