Dia Mirza was mad when rumours surfaced last week linking her to Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar. But she's cooled down a bit now. The actress posted on her Twitter account late yesterday (May 5), "Confession: some comments on Shoaib Akhtar on my part wr uncalled 4. Was reacting 2 the silliness of it. dnt mean 2 make a personal comment."

Dia continued, "Apologies! Sometimes anger and emotion over ride diplomacy. But what the heck! :-) I'm only human :-)"

So what had she said that she felt the need to apologise for? Dia had tweeted then, "No offense but dont I deserve a young, attractive unmarried man!?! Puhleez if ive 2 B linked w/ sumone atleast make it sumone worth it!"

Ouch! That was personal. Wonder how Shoaib reacted to it!
