The singer told Mandrake last month that she had found love with a Frenchman in London, but the 23-year-old refused to disclose his name.
I can now report that she is with the handsome sound engineer, who prefers to avoid the spotlight.
“We keep it casual,” says the Forces’ Sweetheart.
“We don’t really go out to events together: I am happy doing my showbiz thing and he is happy doing his. Everything is going really well.”
Westenra, who moved to Britain from her native New Zealand at the age of 15, is taking French lessons.
Party must go on
Although theirs is a somewhat uncertain future, the 149 new Conservative MPs will be given a warm welcome to the Commons at a party organised by the Green Chip dining club at the Westminster home of the Windsor MP Adam Afriyie on Wednesday night.
George Osborne hardly needs another late night, but he is to be the star-turn at the event, hosted by Greg Barker and Michael Gove.
Date to remember
It is often claimed that public interest in the Royal family has diminished since the days when the wedding of the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer achieved a television audience of more than 750 million.

Good riddance
Jonathan Ross does not leave the BBC until July, but it can’t come soon enough for Julie Etchingham, the ITV newsreader.
“I’m not a fan of his chat show,” she says. “He’s too much in your face, and it irritates me. I want to hear more from his guests.”
