She thinks about going under the knife 'all the time', but as Louise Redknapp arrived at LAX airport yesterday, it's rather hard to fathom why.
The 35-year-old looked enviably fresh-faced and radiant after a long haul flight from London, despite wearing not a scrap of make-up.
Her blonde hair was scraped back into a loose pony tail and she looked effortlessly chic in a T-shirt, boyfriend blazer, skinny jeans and ankle boots.

Healthy glow: The TV presenter looked remarkably radiant despite coming off a long haul flight
The TV presenter arrived in the U.S. alone, leaving husband Jamie Redknapp, 36, in charge of their sons Charley, five, and Beau, 18 months.
The 5ft 4in Size 8 former Eternal singer admitted on Sunday that she is wracked with insecurities about her body and has even gone so far as to consult a surgeon.
'After I had Beau I was really bothered about my flabby tummy,' she told Fabulous magazine.

Glam side: Louise with husband Jamie Redknapp at David Walliams and Lara Stone's wedding in London on Sunday
'I went to a surgeon friend of mine and asked him if there was anything he could do for me, but he just told me to go away and stop being silly.
'When Charley's been in bed with us all night and then Beau comes in at 5am, I look in the mirror at my face just pulling my eyes back and working out exactly what could be done.
'I've had no work yet, but I'm definitely not saying I never will. I'll do my research, but I think if you don't go crazy it can be done well.
'I'm in reasonable shape, but I think every single woman in the country would want to change something.'
Louise has at least accepted she doesn't need to shrink her petite frame after appearing in last year's ITV1 show The Truth About Size Zero.
She dropped down to just 6st during the programme which left her skinny jeans hanging off her.
'When I look back at the images I see I looked terrible: gaunt, grey and miserable,' she says.
'But the point of the programme was to see what damage losing that much weight does to your head. We all get sucked in and I wanted to explore that.'
Louise, who attended David Walliams and Lara Stone's wedding on Sunday, is currently presenting BBC2's TV show, Something For The Weekend.
