One area of the body that many people forget about is the lips, whilst on the beach for instance. However just like any other body part they are at risk from sun damage. Therefore you should be sure to keep them covered up too.
Protecting you Lips from the sun is not always easy. They are often the less protected part of our body. Cancer on the lips usually is a more aggressive form of cancer, so it is important to protect you lips.

Step1
Do not wear Lip Gloss, a new study has come out that proves that lip gloss actually is contributes to skin cancer. lip gloss actually attracts the Suns harmful Ultraviolet Rays.

Step2
If you still think you need to wear lip gloss try to find with a SPF of 30 or more. It will protect you much better than one with out one.

Step3
It is recommended to buy lip balm or chap stick with a SPF of 30 or higher. The upside to chapstick and lip balm is that they now are coming in some really chick colors and can be just as fun to wear as lip gloss.
Step4
If you prefer not to wear chapstick and lip balm you can always apply 30 SPF sun block, I can't however guarantee it will taste good!
