One of America’s sweethearts, Natalie Portman, was said to have broken up her current boyfriend’s long-time relationship to steal him away from his live-in girlfriend.

Page Six reports that Natalie is dating a NYC ballet dancer, but he was already living with his girlfriend of three years. The girlfriend was devastated at their sudden breakup because she had planned to get married. The man, Benjamin Millepied, is the choreographer on the set of her new movie, “The Black Swan”.

A source said, “They’ve been dating since the fall, although she told friends that she hasn’t gone public with it because she was waiting to see if things got serious. But the real reason she was quiet about things is that Ben had a live-in girlfriend of three years when they met. She was a ballerina at the American Ballet Theater. She had been talking about marrying him and was blindsided by the split. She moved out right after New Year’s Eve.”

There is more than one side of the story, though, so we’re not jumping to conclusions just yet. It takes two to tango, people.
