The premiere of fashion designer Tom Ford's debut film was always going to attract a well-dressed crowd.
Models Kate Moss, Lily Cole and Yasmin Le Bon all turned out for the launch of A Single Man, but it was Liz Hurley who wore the night's most eye-grabbing outfit.

A Single Man is not only directed by Tom Ford, most famous for turning Gucci into a billion-dollar operation in the 1990s, he also raised the funding.
And he was able to count on the support of some of his friends from the fashion world, Valentino and Stella McCartney, at the Curzon in Mayfair last night.
Also in attendance were the film's star Colin Firth - of Bridget Jones and Pride And Prejudice fame - and his Italian wife Livia Giuggioli, who looked elegant in a blue satin dress and green accessories.

A Single Man is set in 1960s Los Angeles and tells the story of George Falconer (Colin Firth), a middle-aged British college professor.
He is attempting to find meaning in his life after the death of his long-time partner Jim (Matthew Goode) eight months earlier.
Throughout the single day depicted in the film, and narrated from his point of view, George dwells on his past and his seemingly empty future as he prepares for his planned suicide that evening.

Before meeting his close friend Charley (Julianne Moore) for dinner, he has unexpected encounters with a Spanish prostitute (Jon Kortajarena) and a young student, Kenny Potter (Nicholas Hoult), who has become fixated on George as a kindred spirit.
The film has generally received good reviews, with most of the critics praising Firth's performance.
It was nominated for three Golden Globes and the Golden Lion at last year's Venice Film Festival.
