Chloe Green, the daughter of Topshop tycoon Sir Philip, celebrated her 19th birthday last night with family and friends at a plush London hotle.
But the budding fashion designer, who dressed in classic black, seemed more interested in her telephone as she left her party at The May Fair Hotel.
The teenager had her mobile glued to her ear as she left the hotel after an evening with her family and friends, and continued to chat away in her chauffeur-driven Bentley.

She only paused to pass the phone to her mother.
Chloe, who is friends with Kate Moss, wore an asymetric black lace dress with opaque tights and flat ballet pumps with a huge ring on one finger.
She is a keen follower of the Topshop brand, and is planning to go into the family's Arcadia business but is apparently keen to design the clothes herself.
Chloe already 'comes into the office once or twice a week', according to billionaire Sir Philip, and has been accompanying him since the age of 12.

She is interested in the online part of the business as well as clothing design and acts as Sir Philip's eyes and ears on the high street by going incognito into the stores.
Last September she said: 'I’m designing my own fashion range, which is really exciting.
‘My father knows that this is what I want to do and is fully supportive. It helps because of what he does for a living and I’ve grown up in the business.’

But she recently admitted that she has to buy all her Topshop clothing - and doesn't even get a discount.
Having recently finished her schooling in Monte Carlo, she has been pictured on nights out with stars such as Kate Moss and Emma Roberts.
She is currently living in London with her father while she does up her own flat Eaton Square, Belgravia.
