Jesse McCartney is miffed because a reported ex-girlfriend has leaked some nude photos of him wearing only a g-string made out of candy.

His lawyer is on the defensive, saying, “Mr. McCartney did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo and did not consent to the taking of such a photo. In addition, the alleged photo of Mr. McCartney appears to have been manipulated and doctored by computer software.”

They’re saying that in case you come upon such a photo and his junk appears small. Ha. Good one, guys, good one.

The NY Post claims to have seen the photo, but Jesse’s peeps are threatening to sue anyone who publishes it, even though they’ve claimed it’s doctored.
