According to sources, Spencer is looking into getting hooked up with some “lipo, chest implants and a nose job.”

Could you imagine what he would look like with moobs and lipo? And not to mention the sheer genius of Spencer getting a nose job and hiding out for the next four months to keep away from the paparazzi. Maybe he’ll wait it out until someone wants to pay him a couple hundred thousand to appear on the front cover of a magazine.
