If Hank Baskett's team, the Indianapolis Colts, wins Sunday's Super Bowl XLIV in Miami – there's no keeping his wife Kendra Wilkinson off the field.
"I'm told only two people per player are allowed on the field after the game," Wilkinson tells PEOPLE at party she hosted Friday night at Seminole Hard Rock Casino's Passions club near Miami. "His dad and I will run out there, and I will jump in my husband's lap while grandma stays behind and holds little Hank!"
Glowing in tight white jeans, the reality star could barely contain her excitement over her Super Bowl plan, jumping up and down as she talked of game day. Wilkinson plans to watch from a box with her son Hank Baskett IV, 2 months, and her mother, Patti.
In addition to his Colts jersey, she says, "Little Hank will be wearing earphones so the noise doesn't overwhelm him." Says Wilkinson: "I love every minute of every day I spend with him because he is constantly changing. He focuses on me and likes to imitate what I say and do."
For example, if Wilkinson, who is filming the weekend for her new reality show which begins in March, says "mommy," her son moves his mouth to try and form the word. "Our little boy is beyond cute," she says. "It won’t be long before he talks."
And his grandma, Patti Wilkinson, agrees. She flew to the Sunshine State from San Diego for some family time. "I have not spent any time with little Hank until yesterday," Patti says. "I am so thrilled to be able to play with him. He is already a heavy little thing. I think he will be a football player someday!"

Wilkinson and Baskett, who is the Colts's wide receiver, are planning to take their son to the San Diego-Los Angeles area during the off-season.
"We will head back to California and wait to see where Hank plays next season," Wilkinson tells PEOPLE, noting that they've been in Indianapolis less than a year. "It will be good because grandma can see her little darling more often. The baby has enriched all of our lives."
