The 25-year-old star and her fiance, 20-year-old model Luke Worrall, have planted a host of edible delights at her Los Angeles home and she can't wait to reap the benefits of her hard work.

She revealed in her Closer magazine column: "Luke and I have spent the past week planting a vegetable garden at my house in Los Angeles. It's been so much fun - we've planted tomatoes, onions, carrots, garlic, chilli peppers and loads of herbs. Now we've just got to be patient while we wait for it all to grow. Apparently it's going to take eight weeks. I can't wait to cook my first dinner with our harvest!"

As well developing green fingers, Kelly's culinary talents also stretch to baking and she has mastered how to make "perfect" sweet muffins.

She explained: "I've also been baking lately - I've learned to make the perfect blueberry muffins, yum! I've been told if you're going to eat treats you're best off making them yourself so you know exactly what goes into them."
