Top tips and Methods to Remove Whiteheads?Acne treatment-White heads

Like blackheads, white heads too are formed in the skin where skin cells clog and close a hair follicle. It's small and appears on the outer layer of the skin like a raised white bump. In medical terms it is known as a closed comedone.

Though they don't look as ugly as blackheads but if they set in the skin deep, they can create problem to you. All such things as black heads and white heads spoil the texture of your skin by showing it non smooth and lustrous. You need to look after the skin to prevent it from getting whiteheads and if you already have them then you need to workout to remove them. They usually appear on the sides of the nose, cheekbones and where the skin is fine.

How to remove whiteheads: first thing you should do to your skin is drinking lots of water, which removes the toxins from the skin and keeps whiteheads at bay.

  • Wash off your face with mild cleansers and use mild scrubbers on your skin at least thrice a week. If you apply scrubbers on the skin after taking mild steam in the skin, they go off sooner as it softens the skin and opens up the pores. But always apply skin toner after cleaning the skin to close the pores. You can even rub an ice cube on the skin wrapped in a cotton cloth to block the pored after steaming.
  • Use creams and gels, which contain alpha Hydroxyl fruit acids. They help in unclogging the pores to remove the whiteheads.
  • Never squeeze or forcibly remove the whiteheads otherwise you will get a scar or skin infection. Take professional help if the problem cannot be tackled by you.
  • Apply homemade scrubbers made by fruit peels. Dry orange peels in the sun and make a powder of them by grinding them. Add rosewater and milk cream to this powder and apply on the skin. Wash it off while rubbing it in the wrong direction when it's half dried. It will make the skin clear, smooth and will remove the whiteheads.
  • Rubbing lemon peel on the skin helps in reducing whiteheads.
  • Use medicated soaps and cleansers on the skin and apply oil free moisturizers.
  • Drink fresh fruit juices and drink a glass of warm water with some lemon juice into it first thing in the morning. It helps in detoxifying the skin.
  • Soak almonds in the water overnight, in the morning grind them and make a paste. Add honey to it and massage it on the face for few minutes. Leave it on the skin for 5-10 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. It cleans away the white heads to some extent.

Try all such methods to keep away the white heads from the skin still if the problem persist then seek medical or professional help of a dermatologist.

How To Minimize Facial Lines - facial skin care, face Wrinkles, lines face

Minimize Facial Lines(Under eyes, around nose and mouth)
A face speaks volumes they say. The features, the shape, the care and nourishment to safeguard nature's plenty, all these go a long way over the years. As one grows older the face takes the maximum beating, the reason being it is a highly sensitive area and it is exposed the maximum. Since the wear and tear is more, one has to pay more attention to the delicate skin for a better presentation and appearance.

  • Apply face foundation colour as recommended.
  • Using tip of wedged sponge or cotton swab, dip in lightest foundation colour.
  • Apply lighter colour in deepest area of line.
  • Blend lightly up to the highest point outside the line with sponge.
  • Powder lightly to set foundation. Do not go too heavy on powder.

Remember, don't go more than one-half to one shade lighter or you will actually attract more attention to problem areas. (If you need a lighter shade of foundation than you have, you should order the next lighter shade.)

Hair styles for Long Face::Long face Hiar styles

Long Face

A long, thin face with a narrow chin is oblong. A short, perky bob will go very nicely with your kind of looks. It should be short at the back and the angled chin length, in the front. Wearing it with a side parting, with bangs brushed to the side, rounds out an oblong face. A longer bob, about five-cm, below the chin, will also look good on this kind of face. Layered hair will not suit you at all. Long hair, too, makes the face seems lengthier.

Rectangular Face Shape

Rectangular or oblong

Only slightly narrower at the jaw line than at the temples, with a gently rounded hairline.

Try

A variety of styles. Just about any hair shape looks good on you. Your "perfect" features allow you to wear a wider range of styles than any

other face shape. Have you ever noticed the majority of models fall into this shape? Have you noticed how many different hair styles they can wear?

airstyles. Your face shape is well "balanced", or in even proportion. You will look best when styling of your hair off your face. Most oval face shapes can wear slicked-backed looks as well.

Avoid

Hair styles that cover up your "perfect" features with heavy bangs, or too forward-directed styles.

In wearing your hair style on your face, you'll lose your face shape behind the hair. This may appear to add weight to your face.

Hairstyles for Heart-shaped Face:Hair styles

Heart-shaped Face:

A heart-shaped face is also easy to flatter. All you need to do is avoid a heavy slab of fringe that will make your face into a triangle. A softer fringe will help. Try a soft fringe too for a high forehead, or try a very heavy fringe that stars quite a way back and is 'V' - shaped, with the point of the 'V' in the centre of your forehead. If you have a receding or double chin, you need to draw attention away from it. Your hair will look best either piled to the top and back of your head, to balance the chin, or hanging loose to hide it. A large nose needs a short, fluffy style for anything sleek or straight will only over-emphasize it.

To find out the shape of your face, measure it with a tape measure or ruler. You will take the following measurements.
    1. Measure your face across the top of your cheekbones. Write down the measurement on a piece of paper.
    2. Measure across your jaw line from the widest point to the widest point. Write down the measurement.
    3. Measure across your forehead at the widest point. Generally the widest point will be somewhere about halfway between your eyebrows and your hairline. Write down the measurement.
    4. Measure from the tip of your hairline to the bottom of your chin.
Heart - Narrow at jaw line, wide at cheekbones/and or forehead.

Heart Face Shape Heart

Face is wide at the temples and hairline, narrowing to a small delicate chin.

Try

Chin-length or longer styles work well with a heart shaped face. Other styles to try: side-parted hair styles or swept-forward layers around the upper face, with gently wispy bangs. A chin length bob is great on your face shape! This creates a balanced look by giving fullness where you need it. You can wear shorter styles; however, if you are a dramatic heart shape you need to leave weight in the back nape area. This will achieve more balance between your dramatic cheekbones and more narrow chin.

Avoid

Short, full styles that emphasize the upper face. Stay away from styles with too much height at the crown. Severe, slicked back looks are too harsh for this shape too. If you are a dramatic heart shape, the short, full styles with tapered necklines, which emphasize the upper face will make you look top heavy. Too much height at the crown will give the appearance of a longer and narrower chin. Just remember if you have a dramatic heart shape face, you have great cheekbones to emphasize! Don't miss the boat by getting a cut which is too top heavy.

Hair styles for sqare face-Hair Styles

Square Face:

A wide forehead and square jawbone means you have a square face. A style with the hair 2.5 cm, or so below the chin sits pretty on a square face. If your hair is thick or wavy, you can go one length. With straight or fine hair, you can opt for a slight angle in the front. Do not go in for bobs. Blunt clipped bangs are also not recommended because they would emphasize the squareness of your face. All that a square face needs is a little softening, if the jawline is too heavy. Draw the attention away from the jaw with a diagonal fringe forward from the hairline and around the ears if you wear your hair up, or long loose hair with a bit of bounce below chin level.

Square - your face is about as wide as it is long.

Square Face Shape Square

A strong, square jaw line and usually an equally square hairline.

Try

Short-to-medium length hair, especially with wave or roundness around the face. Wispy bangs will soften the angular shape. Off-center parts with height at the crown look great on square faces. You want to soften the square look of your face with layers and wispy looks around the face. Height at the crown will elongate your symmetrical shape. If your hair is straight, you may want to consider a body wave, as some curl or wave to the hair will achieve a nice balance to the straight features of your face shape.

Avoid

Long straight styles that accentuate the square jawbone. "Linear" straight bangs or center parts aren't the best choice. A straight bob ending at the jaw line is the wrong thing to do for your face shape. You can wear a layered bob, however it should end above or below the jaw line, not at the jaw. Make sure in styling that you achieve some roundness to the shape and some height at the crown or bangs, and you will be on the right track.

Hair styles for oval face-Hairstyles,oval face

Oval Face:

If you have an oval face, you are lucky, as any style will suit you. A long face is best complemented by short hair that is quite full, with a fringe. Don't go for a severe long hairdo that will only make your face look longer.

To find out the shape of your face, measure it with a tape measure or ruler. You will take the following measurements.
    1. Measure your face across the top of your cheekbones. Write down the measurement on a piece of paper.

How to Wear the Right Hairstyle for a Round Face

Round Face:

To find out the shape of your face, measure it with a tape measure or ruler. You will take the following measurements.
    1. Measure your face across the top of your cheekbones. Write down the measurement on a piece of paper.
    2. Measure across your jaw line from the widest point to the widest point. Write down the measurement.
    3. Measure across your forehead at the widest point. Generally the widest point will be somewhere about halfway between your eyebrows and your hairline. Write down the measurement.
    4. Measure from the tip of your hairline to the bottom of your chin.
Round Face - Your face is as wide as it is long. This may vary a little but generally the measurement is close.

If you have a round face, you should aim to add length. If you don't want long hair, part your hair on the side or add fullness on top. Avoid a neat bob with a fringe. A round face gives an overall appearance of roundness. A full face is flattered by a short, layered cut. The top of the head should be given a ‘long’ look with a layered, curly style, extending to the back. If making a topknot, get a lot of elongated tendrils out. That balances your face. A lot of volume to the hair will give it a flat look. A severe, tied back style also makes the face look rounder. Avoid it.

Round Face Shape Round

Full-looking face with a round chin and hairline. Widest point is at the cheeks and ears.

Try

Hair styles with fullness and height at the crown. Off center parts help reduce the roundness. Short hair styles with a swept-back direction or hair styles that are longer than chin length. By layering the top to achieve fullness and keeping the rest of the cut relatively close to the face, your round face shape will appear longer and narrower.

Avoid

Chin length hair with a rounded line that mirrors face’s round shape. Center parts tend to accentuate roundness. Also avoid styles with short-short crops, or straight "chopped" bangs. Fullness at side of ears also accentuates the round shape. A rounded haircut ending at the chin will certainly add weight to your already round face shape. Because the widest part of your face is at the cheeks and ears, you need to avoid having the fullness of the cut here, as it will make your face appear wider.
